2. Your account
You sign in with a secure link sent to your email. Keep access to your email account safe; anyone who can open your email can sign in to your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Our products
We sell digital, educational products such as guides and playbooks. When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may not copy, share, upload, sell or otherwise distribute its contents or your access, except by reselling it through our partner program as described below.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). A payment gateway charge is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay.
- Products bought through a partner's link are sold at the price set by that partner within the range we allow, which may differ from our listed price.
- Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not receive or store your card or UPI details.
- An order is confirmed only when we receive confirmation of successful payment from Cashfree.
5. Delivery and refunds
Products are delivered digitally and instantly; see our Delivery Policy. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on digital products, except in the limited cases set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Earnings disclaimer
Our products are for educational purposes. Any examples, illustrations or figures (including our partner margin calculator) explain how something works; they are not promises or typical results. We do not guarantee that you will earn any money, from our products or from the partner program. Results depend on your own effort, skills, circumstances and the market.
7. Partner program
- Eligibility. After buying a product you may resell that product. Rights are per product and end if your purchase is refunded.
- Pricing. You choose your selling price within the minimum and maximum we set for each product. We may change these limits; your price is then adjusted to fit them.
- Your link and secret code. A sale is credited to you when a customer opens your link and enters your secret code at checkout. The price a visitor sees is held for 7 days from their first visit through your link.
- Earnings. For each credited sale you earn your selling price minus our base price. The payment gateway charge is paid by the customer and is not part of your earnings. Purchases you make through your own link are allowed, but don't count towards rankings or promotions.
- Clearing and cashouts. Earnings become available to cash out after a clearing period (currently a few days) set by us. You can request a cashout of your available balance above our minimum amount. We review requests and transfer approved amounts to the bank account in your profile, usually within 7 working days.
- Bank details and tax. You must provide accurate bank details and your PAN. You are responsible for your own taxes on your earnings. Where the law requires, we may deduct tax (such as TDS) and report payouts.
- Refunds and chargebacks. If a sale credited to you is refunded or charged back, the related earning is reversed, even if you have already cashed it out. Your balance may become negative and is then recovered from future earnings.
- How you promote. You must not spam, make false or exaggerated claims (including income guarantees), impersonate us, use misleading discounts, or post content that is unlawful. You are an independent partner, not our employee or agent, and you earn only on your own sales; there are no earnings from recruiting others.
- Suspension. We may suspend partner features or withhold earnings connected to fraud or a breach of these terms. While suspended, your links show our regular price and cashouts are paused.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the website: no attempts to break security, guess codes, interfere with other users, scrape content, or make purchases with payment methods you are not authorised to use.
9. Intellectual property
The website, our products and our brand belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law.
10. Liability
We provide the website and products “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
