No refunds on digital products
When you buy a product, you get immediate access to its digital content. Because digital content can't be returned once it has been accessed, we do not offer refunds, including for:
- changing your mind after purchase,
- not using or not finishing the product,
- not achieving a particular result or income, or
- buying a product at a different price through a partner's link.
Please read each product page carefully before you buy. If you have a question about a product, contact us first.
When we will help
We will fix the problem or refund you in full in these cases:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment taken but no access: your payment succeeded but you did not get access to the product, and we cannot give you access within 3 working days of you contacting us.
- Product not as described: the product is materially different from what its page describes, or is unavailable for reasons on our side.
If your bank or UPI app shows a debit but your order was not confirmed, the payment usually reverses automatically within 5–7 working days. If it doesn't, contact us with the transaction reference.
How to raise a request
Within 7 days of your purchase, email support@cashcowacademy.in or call [Support phone number] (Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm IST) with your order number (for example CC-000123), the email you used, and your payment reference. We respond within 2 working days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, including the payment gateway charge. Once refunded, access to the product ends.
Cancellations
Orders can't be cancelled after payment, because access is delivered immediately. If you close the payment page before paying, no order is charged.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. If a chargeback is raised, access to the product is suspended while it is reviewed.
Partner sales
These rules apply to every purchase, including purchases made through a partner's link. When a sale is refunded under the exceptions above, the partner's margin on that sale is reversed, as explained in our Terms & Conditions.
